Shipping

  • Shipping is $5 for your entire order. Orders currently ship only within the United States. If you are located in a different country and wish to order, please reach out to crystal@crystalmusings.com to see if your request can be accommodated.

  • Orders ship within 2 business days. Most orders ship through USPS Ground Advantage and include $100 insurance. Larger orders may ship through USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Insurance for orders over $100 is available for an additional charge, please reach out to add this to your order at crystal@crystalmusings.com.​​

  • You will receive an email with your package carrier and tracking number. If you do not receive this email please reach out to crystal@crystalmusings.com

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order. To initiate the return process, you must contact crystal@crystalmusings.com before sending the item(s) back. If accepted, a Return Label will be emailed to you. Your item(s) must be be securely packaged, preferably in the original shipping package along with any padding/fill. Once the item is received, it will be reviewed for return. Worn or used items can not be returned and will be rejected. You will be notified when your return is accepted, and you will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges are not offered, however, you can initiate the return process. You may purchase additional items in a separate transaction/order.
